Mark has spent his entire legal career as a litigation attorney. His legal practice concentrates on all forms of litigation including Automobile and Truck Accidents, Slip and Fall injuries, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Corporate Disputes, Domestic Issues and Criminal matters. In addition to his plaintiff's practice, Mark has had the opportunity to represent a number of Ohio companies including Akron Insulation & Supply, Mount Carmel Health Systems, The Hartford, Ohio Casualty Insurance and White Castle among others during his litigation tenure.
A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and the University of Toledo, College of Law, Mark was admitted to the State of Ohio bar by achieving a score in the top 5% of all Ohio test takers. He is also licensed in the Northern and Southern District Courts of Ohio, the State of Florida and the United States Supreme Court. He has had over 35 first chair trials and has represented hundreds of injured clients resulting in millions of dollars in recovery. He has successfully represented clients in Ohio, Michigan, Florida and Nevada.
As a result of his legal work, Mark has been recognized by the Super Lawyer's Magazine.
He resides in Dublin with his wife, Tina, and children Alexandra and Devin.
